PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reader in which an integrated unit for image reading, which uses an off-axial optical element, is downsized, and the entire image reader can be downsized, and to provide the integrated unit for image reading.SOLUTION: In a sub-scanning cross section, a direction of a center ray of at least one light flux in a plurality of light flux between a plurality of reflection optical elements is set to be a diagonal direction of the integrated unit for image reading and to be a direction having an inclination having the same directionality as a direction of the center ray of the light flux between a first off-axial optical element and a second off-axial optical element. |
