PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AD conversion circuit that more reliably implements improved resolution and noise tolerance without requiring an elevated minimum operating supply voltage.SOLUTION: An integration circuit includes: voltage amplification means that has a non-inverting input terminal for inputting a predetermined constant voltage and an inverting input terminal for inputting an input voltage, and differentially amplifies the input voltage to output a differentially amplified output voltage; switch means connected between the inverting input terminal and the non-inverting input terminal, and adapted to become short-circuited or open-circuited in accordance with an operational period of the integration circuit; and power storage means having two terminals connected between the inverting input terminal and the non-inverting input terminal, and having a characteristic of capacitance value depending on a voltage difference between the two terminals. |
