PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar device having a compact structure capable of propagating differential signals from a transmitter circuit to transmission microstrip antennae with low loss.SOLUTION: A radar device includes; a transmission circuit which outputs a pair of differential signals; a first pair of single-ended microstrip lines for propagating the pair of differential signals generated by the transmission circuit; a waveguide which has an end of the first pair of microstrip lines inserted thereinto and excites the pair of differential signals propagated by the first pair of microstrip lines; a second pair of microstrip lines for propagating the pair of differential signals excited by the waveguide; and a pair of microstrip antennae which transmits the pair of differential signals propagated by the second pair of microstrip lines. |
