PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin pack packaging method that enables strong contact with a surface of a tray formed of a foamed polystyrene pressurization floating roller by preventing a possibility that a cohesive failure may occur on the surface, prevents peel-up during normal handling to maintain a closed state, enables easily opening and is also suitable to the packaging of microwave cooking food, a mold, a skin pack packaging device and a skin pack packaging body.SOLUTION: A tray T in which a packaged object H is stored is stored in a mold 20 including an opening 22, an annular stepped surface 23, a tray storage part 24 and a deaeration passage, and covered with a skin film F heated to a molding temperature and softened and having high hot tacking properties and shape retention properties to seal a flat space surrounding the tray T. Then deaeration is performed through the deaeration passage and the skin film F is extended to drop from the opening 22 due to an action of atmospheric pressure so as to come into close contact with the packaged object H. The skin film F is further brought into strongly close contact with at least up to a width half of a flange of the tray T. Then a surplus peripheral portion is cut and separated so as to remove a skin pack packaging body P from the mold 20. |
