PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infant warmer requiring little electric power.SOLUTION: An infant warmer 10 includes: an LED driver 52; and an LED element 54 movably connected to the LED driver. The LED element includes a specific range of spectrum emission wavelength (1,400-1,500 nm in one embodiment) selected to increase the temperature of an infant by optimizing absorption by water molecules 33 inside the infant 31. In the one embodiment, the infant warmer includes a plurality of LED elements adapted on the whole to create an emission illuminance level of at least 80 mW in a light source. |
