PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical biometric apparatus which enables an observer to make a diagnosis for checking in which region of a brain conditions of cerebral ischemia, epilepsia and the like occur.SOLUTION: An optical biometric apparatus 1 includes: a light transmission/reception unit control unit 4 which acquires a light detection signal about a measurement region in a subject by performing control so that a light transmission probe 12 can irradiate a skin surface with light and so that a light reception probe 13 can detect the light emitted from the skin surface; and an analysis unit 31 which extracts a plurality of amounts of characteristics from the light detection signal. The optical biometric apparatus also includes: a table storage unit 53 which stores a color table comprising dimensions equal in number to the kinds of the amounts of characteristics extracted by the analysis unit 31; a form image storage unit 54 which stores a form image indicating the subject, and a display control unit 34 which performs superimposed display of color tones on the measurement region of the form image by determining the color tones corresponding to a combination of the plurality of amounts of characteristics, by applying the combination of the plurality of amounts of characteristics, extracted by the analysis unit 31, to the color table. |
