PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device enabling a rapid down shift to a target low-speed stage by preventing a shift delay due to sequential shifts when shifting down according to deceleration.SOLUTION: An electronic control device 20 consecutively calculates a target gear stage according to deceleration, and shifts a gear stage of an automatic transmission 14 from a current gear stage to a target gear stage collectively at timing when a longitudinal G becomes the minimum value, or at timing when a lateral G exceeds a predetermined threshold value. In addition, the automatic transmission 14 shifts down to a target gear collectively if the automatic transmission can quickly respond when there is no time for turning. |
