PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine having a false continuous variation notice in which player's downgrade feeling caused by stopped symbols is reduced as much as possible, and presentation is diversified.SOLUTION: A game machine has a false continuous variation in which a symbol array displayed on a display unit, is represented by a predetermined symbol array combination including at least one of a first benefit symbol constituting a symbol array combination generating one benefit state, and a second benefit symbol constituting a symbol array combination generating a benefit state having a higher benefit value than that of the one benefit state. The game machine includes a symbol downgrade inhibition unit (processing route B: S931, S937-S938, S925-S927, processing route F: S921, S942-S943) configured such that when it is decided that part of stopped symbols constituting the predetermined symbol array employs the second benefit symbol during the false continuous variation, the part of stopped symbols during subsequent variation operation is inhibited from employing the first benefit symbol. |
