PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a time required for initializing the register of a controller in an information processor or the like that is equipped with the controller which executes a predetermined function.SOLUTION: An information processor 1 includes: a CPU 10; a controller 20; a ROM 30; a nonvolatile memory 40; a power supply section 60; and a power supply control section 70. The controller 20 includes: a logic section 21 that concretely executes a function which is set in the controller 20; and a register setting section 22 that sets a register value in a register 212 which is provided in the logic section 21. When the controller 20 is powered on, the register setting section 22 obtains register setting information from the nonvolatile memory 40 and sets the register value in the register 212 so as to put the controller 20 into an executable state.
