PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displaying electronic device excellent in moisture resistance and capable of being constructed in low costs.SOLUTION: A displaying electronic device 70 has a mounting substrate 50 on which ICs 66A, 66B, and a display element 60 are mounted. A cutout portion 50c is formed around the display element 60 of the mounting substrate 50. Two moistureproof sheets 67A, 67B are provided to cover the whole front and rear faces of the display element 60. The moistureproof sheets 67A, 67B are bonded to each other via the cutout portion 50c of the mounting substrate 50. This bond hermetically fixes the display element 60, and also forms the display element 60 in a rectangular shape. The cutout portion 50c forms three sides other than one side where a connection electrode of the display element 60 is provided. |
