PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support device capable of displaying a desired element by means of an easy operation.SOLUTION: An operation support device of the present invention includes: a list control part 25 for displaying a plurality of elements of a database in the form of a list in such a manner that attributes of each element are displayed for each attribute area; an operation attribute determination part 21 for determining an attribute in an attribute area operated by a user; and a target identification part 24 for identifying an element corresponding to the operated attribute as a target element out of the database; wherein the list control part 25 controls the list so that the identified target element may be displayed.
