PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique effective to improve the feeling of shifting by a shift lever in a shift device of a vehicle transmission.SOLUTION: A shift device 101 includes: an operating mechanism 110 operated according to the shift operation of a shift lever 10; and a shift and select shaft 150 which is connected to the operating mechanism 110 and operated in a shift direction by the operation of the operating mechanism 110. The operating mechanism 110 includes an elastic body on a load transmission path to which a load is transmitted during the operation of the operating mechanism 110. |
