PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel with a rotating roller having different diameters which prevents the wheel from falling to a street gutter on a road or a side gutter of a rail in a railway crossing and also prevents the wheel from being buried on a gravel road.SOLUTION: A wheel with a rotating roller having different diameters includes a first rotating roller part having a diameter larger than a diameter of a second rotating roller part, in parts on a circumference of the rotating roller; during a normal travel, travels with the first rotating roller part having a larger diameter to make a surface area thereof to contact the ground smaller, and can prevent the wheel from falling and being buried by means of the second rotating roller having a smaller diameter. |
