A magnetic sensor device comprises: a thin-film first magnetic body provided with a magnetic path merging and dividing part disposed on a predetermined axis, and at least a pair of wing-shaped parts extended from the magnetic path merging and dividing part to both sides of the axis; a thin-film second magnetic body provided with a magnetic path merging and dividing part disposed on the above axis at a distance from the magnetic path merging and dividing part of the first magnetic body, and at least a pair of wing-shaped parts extended from the magnetic path merging and dividing part to both sides of the axis; a first coil wound around the first magnetic body; a second coil wound around the second magnetic body; and a magnetoresistance effect element disposed between the magnetic path merging and dividing part of the first magnetic body and the magnetic path merging and dividing part of the second magnetic body. The first coil applies a magnetic field to a magnetic path merged into or divided from the magnetic path merging and dividing path from each of at least the pair of wing-shaped parts of the first magnetic body, the second coil applies a magnetic field to a magnetic path divided from or merged into each of at least the pair of wing-shaped parts from the magnetic path merging and dividing path of the second magnetic body, and a magnetic field is applied to the magnetoresistance effect element along the merged magnetic path. |
