The List A and the List B each comprise a plurality of elements each corresponding to one or more minimum communication elements (MCEs). The UE is configured to perform a first type of network measurement on elements in the List A and the List B and a second type of network measurement on elements in a multiple point communication measurement set, the first type of network measurement different from the second type of network measurement.
