<p>Provided are a headset and a head-mounted product. The headset is provided with a head band and a pair of ear shells, wherein the pair of ear shells are attached to the two ends of the head band, and at least one of the pair of ear shells can be moved up and down relative to the head band. The headset comprises a sliding assembly and a fixed part. The sliding assembly comprises a decorating part and a sliding body. Sliding blocks are locked together through two screws, and comprise two spring caps and two screw springs, which form an assembly of which the position is relatively fixed, and the assembly slides on the fixed part along a guide groove thereof. When using the headset length adjustment method provided in the present invention to adjust length, not only the central position of one ear can be appropriately reached to obtain a best state suitable for listening, but also the problem of abnormal sound or noise generated during the adjustment process can be eliminated, and the feeling of a pause will not be generated because the adjustment action during the adjustment process is smooth sliding.</p> |
