The invention relates to the field of the pharmaceutical industry and medicine. The aim of the present invention is to create an effective pharmaceutical composition having neuroprotective, antiamnesic, antioxidant, antihypoxic and anti-ischemic activity. This aim is achieved in that the pharmaceutical composition contains 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine succinate and the peptide Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro and differs from the prototype in that it additionally contains the following minerals: potassium, magnesium and iron. Furthermore, a portion of the 12C carbon isotopes in the pharmaceutical composition is substituted by 13C carbon isotopes. The technical results of the invention are: the more rapid onset of a therapeutic effect, an enhanced therapeutic effect with no increase in the concentration of 2-ethyl-6-methyl-3-hydroxypyridine succinate and the peptide Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro, and improved stability during the shelf life.
