PURPOSE: An exercise device for strengthening adductors and sphincters is provided to be easily supplied due to its small size. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device for strengthening adductors and sphincters comprises a pair of right and left footstools. The footstools (30) are combined with the upper part of a main body (20) and simultaneously rotate and slide from side to side. The footstools connect to each other through a central connection wire. When torque is applied to the footstools, the central connection wire is wounded and the gap between the footstools becomes narrow. When torque is removed from the footstools, a return unit widens the gap between the footstools and returns the footstools to their original location.
