PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which is reduced in thickness by holding a lens mirror frame having an imaging optical system member bending an optical axis by a prism through a buffer member.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes a frame member, an optical system member including a prism bending an incident first optical axis by 90 degrees, to emit the incident first optical axis as a second optical axis and forming a subject image, a lens mirror frame holding the optical system member, and a buffer member interposed between the frame member and the lens mirror frame and elastically supporting the lens mirror frame with respect to the frame member. In the imaging apparatus, the buffer member is fixed between one or both side surfaces facing in a direction orthogonal to the first optical axis and the second optical axis, of the lens mirror frame and one or two holding plates fixed to the frame member and disposed so as to face the one or both side surfaces. |
