PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of performance involved in activation of a browser in remote operation of an information processing device using a user terminal device and ensure security of the internal content of the information processing device.SOLUTION: An information processing device 2 generates and transmits a remote operation screen for display on a user terminal device 3, and receives operation information from the user terminal device 3. When the operation information received from the user terminal device 3 is a processing request involving activation of a browser, in a case where the content to be accessed by the browser is an internal content of the information processing device 2, the information processing device 2 activates an own browser and generates a display screen on which the internal content is displayed by the browser. In a case where the content is an external content, the information processing device 2 transmits a browser activation instruction for activating a browser of the user terminal device 3 to the user terminal device 3.
