PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line concentrator that is able to provide fair service quality by reducing the delay time of a frame through simple control in the case the frame is concentrated by a plurality of line concentrators connected in multiple stages.SOLUTION: A line concentrator is a part of a plurality of line concentrators forming a communication network by connecting them in multiple stages. The line concentrator comprises: a cascade port recognition unit 101 for recognizing a cascade connection port to which another line concentrator is connected and a user connection port to which a line concentration object device other than the other line concentrator in input ports; input frame processing units 102, 103 for storing a frame input from the cascade connection port and a frame input from the user connection port in respective different queues (class queue 104); and a priority control unit 105 for performing control to output the frames stored in the class queue 104 by use of input port information about the frames. |
