摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently radiate the heat of a wavelength conversion section containing a phosphor in a light-emitting device using plural kinds of LEDs.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 1 comprises plural kinds of light-emitting sections 2 mutually differing in luminous color, a substrate 5 having these light-emitting sections 2 disposed thereon, and a translucent cover 7 provided in common for each light-emitting section 2. The light-emitting sections 2 each include an LED 21 of the same kind and wavelength conversion sections 22R, 22G and 22B (generically 22), each covering the LED 21, which convert the wavelength of light emitted from the LED 21 into wavelengths mutually different between each light-emitting section 2. The translucent cover 7, abutting in common on each wavelength conversion section 22, radiates the heat generated from the LED 21 and the wavelength conversion sections 22. According to this composition, even when there is a difference in output of the light-emitting sections 2 or in heat radiation characteristics of the phosphors, the heat can be efficiently diffused and radiated by the translucent cover 7. Therefore, variations in temperature between the light-emitting sections 2 become less likely to occur, and uneven colors of irradiated light of a luminaire 1 can be restrained.
