PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an interdental cleaning instrument, capable of preventing a filling defect of an elastomer material in a cleaning part, preventing falling of an elastomer, setting a length of the cleaning part that can be inserted between teeth to be long, and reasonably molding a non-slip part or the like at a handle part.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an interdental cleaning instrument includes: a base material part molding step of producing a base material part 10 by filling a synthetic resin material in a first molding space of a first die; and a soft part molding step of molding a soft part 20 by setting the base material part 10 molded by the first die to a second molding space of a second die and then filling an elastomer material in the second molding space. In the soft part molding step, the elastomer material is supplied to a base part of a cleaning part molding space in the second molding space so as to be uniform over the entire periphery, the elastomer material is filled into the cleaning part molding space of the second molding space from a base part side of a core part 12 of the base material part 10 toward a distal end direction, and a soft part 21 for cleaning is molded. |
