PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lithium sulfide powder which can be used even for use of inorganic solid electrolytes, and a method for producing the same, and to provide an inorganic solid electrolyte using the same, and excellent in electrochemical characteristics such as ionic conductivity and decomposition voltage.SOLUTION: The lithium sulfide powder has characteristics in which the relative intensity ratio {(b/a)×100} between the diffraction peak (a) of the (111) surface of lithium sulfide and the diffraction peak (b) of the (101) surface of lithium hydroxide is ≤3 in an X-ray diffraction analysis, and the SiOcontent is ≤50 ppm. |
