PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control board the installation area of which is reduced, and the maintenance of which can be facilitated.SOLUTION: A power supply control board 3 includes an RF amplifier board 31 having a plurality of components constituting an RF amplifier circuit 31b, and a first housing 31a for housing the plurality of components, an RF control board 32 having a plurality of components constituting an RF power supply circuit 32b, and a second housing 32a for housing the plurality of components, a cyclotron control board 33 having a plurality of components constituting a cyclotron control circuit 33b, and a third housing 33a for housing the plurality of components, and a magnet control board 34 having a plurality of components constituting a magnet power supply circuit 34b, and a fourth housing 34a for housing the plurality of components. The first through fourth housings 31a-34a are installed along a wall surface 101a. |
