PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-shielding film produced by subjecting a substrate of a base film to sand blasting treatment, to be used for a fixed diaphragm or a shutter blade of a cellular phone with a camera or a digital camera or for a dimming blade of a liquid crystal projector, and particularly, a black light-shielding film excellent in a light-shielding property, a low reflecting property and a light-shielding property on a surface and a worked end face and further reduced in weight compared to a conventional product.SOLUTION: A black light-shielding film comprises a resin component (A) including a black pigment (B) and an inorganic filler (C), and has voids in the film and a thickness of 20 to 250 μm. The content of the black pigment (B) is 3 to 20 pts.wt., and the content of the inorganic filler (C) is 2 to 40 pts.wt. with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the resin. By controlling a void content percentage to 10 to 50 vol% and forming a fine concavo-convex pattern having a surface roughness (arithmetic average height Ra) of 0.2 to 2.2 μm on both surfaces of the film, the obtained black light-shielding film shows an average optical density of 4.0 or more, which is an index of a light-shielding property against light at a wavelength of 380 to 780 nm. |
