RECOMBINANT LENTIVIRAL VECTOR FORMULATION

Provided is a recombinant lentiviral vector formulation, the formulation comprising: a) an effective dose of recombinant lentiviral vector; b) a histidine hydrochloride buffer maintaining the pH value of the formulation in the range of 6.0-8.0; and c) a saccharide. The recombinant lentiviral vector formulation of the present invention contains an unconventional ingredient in a specific range - the histidine hydrochloride buffer, therefore greatly enhances the stability of the formulation, and can still maintain the recombinant lentiviral vector activity satisfying use requirements after being stored especially under a deep-cold condition (e.g. not higher than -60°C) for a long time (e.g. more than 200 days) and being exposed to an organism body temperature (e.g. 37°C) or room temperature for a long time.
