A photovoltaic device comprises a base (1), a photovoltaic assembly (8) and a deflector (5), wherein the photovoltaic assembly is obliquely arranged on the base from bottom to top in the direction from front to back; and at the rear side of the photovoltaic assembly, the guide plate is obliquely arranged on the base from bottom to top in the direction from back to front. The guide plate reduces the shape coefficient and reduces an uplift force when a wind load acts.
