<p>This suspension device is provided with a suspension device body mounted between a vehicle body and a vehicle wheel, and a stroke-lock mechanism for immobilizing the extension/contraction of the suspension device body. The stroke-lock mechanism is provided with: a cylindrical tube member that is coupled to one of the vehicle body and the vehicle wheel; a partition that divides the interior of the tube member into one chamber and another chamber, and is affixed inside the tube member; a flow passage for connecting the one chamber and the other chamber; a valve for cutting off the connection in the flow passage during a stroke lock; and a shaft member that is coupled to the other of the vehicle body and the vehicle wheel, and inserted into the one chamber so as to be capable of advancing thereinto and withdrawing therefrom. The one chamber is filled with hydraulic fluid, while the other chamber has formed therein a storage section in which hydraulic fluid is stored.</p> |
