PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous inkjet ink composition that excels in sufficient wet spreading and print quality to a high-hydrophobic poorly absorbable substrate of a polyvinyl chloride sheet or the like, in which change of a surface tension of ink is reduced, and wet spreading and print quality to a substrate do not deteriorate with a passage of time even after being kept for a long period of time.SOLUTION: An inkjet ink composition at least includes: a pigment; water; a water-soluble organic solvent; a binder resin; and a silicon-based surfactant, wherein the silicon-based surfactant has at least one or more acrylic groups in a structure. Moreover, the inkjet ink composition includes at least one or more chosen from glycol ethers and alkanediols as the water-soluble organic solvent.
