PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate image data effective for treatment effect determination of stent graft indwelling operation.SOLUTION: An X-ray radiography system 100 for generating image data by performing X-ray radiography using a contrast medium to the affected area of a patient where a stent graft is implanted includes: a timing signal generation part 11 for generating the timing signal of contrast medium injection to the affected area and the timing signal of X-ray irradiation to the affected area on the basis of biological signals detected from the patient; an X-ray radiography part 1 for performing the X-ray radiography to the affected area where the contrast medium is injected, on the basis of the timing signal of the X-ray irradiation; an image data generation part 8 for generating image data on the basis of projection data obtained by the X-ray radiography; and a display part 9 for displaying the image data.
