The present application relates to a method for producing a substrate for organic electronic devices and a method for producing organic electronic devices. The present application provides a method for producing a substrate which enables organic electronic devices such as organic light emitting diodes to secure excellent light extraction efficiency, to prevent moisture or air from penetrating the devices, and thus to obtain improved reliability, and a method for producing the devices.
