A high frequency concrete vibration bar with battery power supply comprises a steel pipe, a low voltage direct current brushless constant speed motor in the steel pipe and an eccentric vibrator, wherein a motor transmission shaft (8) is an eccentric shaft arranged along the axis of the steel pipe, and the eccentric vibrator is arranged on the motor transmission shaft (8) and rotates with the motor transmission shaft (8). The eccentric vibrator is mainly composed of a columnar eccentric body (3) and an eccentric body sheath (4). The vibration bar is connected with an integrated direct current frequency conversion controller controlled by a singlechip via a hose. The direct current frequency conversion controller performs the controls of direct current, frequency conversion and constant speed to the motor. The vibrating bar has properties of portability, energy conservation, high efficiency and stable working frequency. |
