The present invention relates to a method for preparing a NaA zeolite separator for separating water/ethanol, and a method for separating water/ethanol using the same. A water/ethanol mixture is separated through a dual separation process, comprising: a first step of increasing the concentration of ethanol to 95-97 wt% by using a pervaporation process using a NaA zeolite separator, and using a separator having a high water selectivity and a low flux; and a second step of increasing the concentration of ethanol to 97-100 wt% by using a separator having a low water selectivity and a high flux, and thus it is possible to obtain high separation efficiency with relatively low energy.
