Provided are a power supplying device and a charging device having a configuration by which cost can be reduced even in a facility capable of wirelessly supplying power to a plurality of vehicles, and also provided are a power supplying method and a power supplying program. The power supplying device comprises power supplying units and power supplying control units. The power supplying units wirelessly supply powers to charging devices mounted on vehicles. The power supplying control units receive vehicle detection information from a sensor that transmits the vehicle detection information when detecting vehicles, and control the power supplying units provided in the power supplying device to supply first power specified for each power supplying device and used for identifying the power supplying device. When receiving, from the charging devices, power supplying unit identifying information having information indicating power levels received from the power supplying units, the power supplying control units transmit charging start information indicating the start of charging to the charging devices when it is determined that the received power levels are within a specified power range indicating a specified power level range stored in a storage unit, and control the power supplying units to supply second powers in order to charge battery units in the charging devices.
