PURPOSE: Hydrogen-forming candies, a container thereof, a producing method thereof, and a safe packaging material thereof are provided to mix oligosaccharide, monosaccharide, and ingredients extracted from edible spices with candy ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of hydrogen-forming candies comprises the following steps: boiling a mixture of sugar alcohols selected from maltitol, mannitol, sorbitol, isomalt, or xylitol at 150-200 deg C to obtain massecuites; adding more than one ingredient selected from lactose, lactulose, raffinose, stachyose, verbascose, curcumin, capsaicin, inulin, gingerol, allicin, gluten, or glutenin into the massecuites; and molding or extruding the massecuites. The obtained hydrogen-forming candies are packaged using a packaging material formed wtih plural polyethylene water jackets(1). |
