PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage output circuit of low dispersion in output values of a reference voltage even if provided by mass production. SOLUTION: The reference voltage output circuit 10 includes: a first constant voltage circuit 21A, a second constant voltage circuit 21B and a third constant voltage circuit 21C which output the reference voltage; respective selector circuits 22, 23 and a comparator 24 which compare the output voltages of the first constant voltage circuit 21A and the second constant voltage circuit 21B, compare the output voltages of the second constant voltage circuit 21B and the third constant voltage circuit 21C, and compare the output voltages of the third constant voltage 21C and the first constant voltage circuit 21A; and a control unit 13 which selects the constant voltage circuit having the median among the respective constant voltage circuits 21A-21C from the sets of comparison results.
