A discharge cap (1) for discharging a content liquid from a container body (26) includes a cylinder assembly (3) that can be tightly fitted to a mouth portion (27) of the container body (26). The cylinder assembly (3) includes a cap main body (2) provided with a main discharge cylinder (10), a discharge cylinder body (11) provided with an auxiliary discharge cylinder (15) that is smaller in diameter than the main discharge cylinder (10), and a lid body (17) for opening or closing the auxiliary discharge cylinder (15). Hinge-connections are provided between the cap main body (2) and the discharge cylinder body (11), and between the discharge cylinder body (11) and the lid body (17), for allowing a selective opening of the main discharge cylinder (10) and the auxiliary discharge cylinder (15), thereby readily changing the discharge amount or discharge mode of the content liquid.
