PURPOSE: A system for recycling the PVC covering of a waste wire is provided to prevent dioxin by drying and recycling PVC after the PVC is separated from the PVC covering included in a waste scrap by the difference of specific gravity. CONSTITUTION: A waste scrap crushing unit (11) cuts and crushes a waste scrap after the waste scrap is firstly separated. A mixing material transfer unit (12) transfers the waste scrap which is finely crushed. A covering separating unit (13) secondly separates a copper wire from a covering by using the difference of specific gravity. A crushed covering transfer unit (14) transfers the crushed covering from which the copper wire is separated to a waste covering supply unit. The waste covering supply unit (100) includes a raw material transfer unit (120) which transfers the crushed covering from a raw material supply hopper (110) to the outside. |
