PURPOSE: A fabric having a coating layer formed to shield heat is provided to be used as a tent fabric or a material for functional clothes requiring heat shielding or heat insulation owing to the excellent function of shielding heat. CONSTITUTION: A fabric having a coating layer formed to shield heat features a coating layer composed of a tungsten trioxide nanopowder and polyurethane resin formed on either or both surfaces of the fabric to shield heat. The tungsten trioxide nanopowder of the coating layer for shielding heat is applied in an amount of 0.5 to 2.5 g/m^2. The tungsten trioxide nanopowder is below 200 nm in size. The fabric for shielding heat features a heat-shielding rate above 80%. |
