PURPOSE: A method for producing slight acidic hypochlorous acid water and an apparatus thereof are provided to maintain the slight acidic and to produce the high concentration hypochlorous acid water by significantly increasing the solubility of chlorine gas with respect to the sourcewater. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing slight acidic hypochlorous acid water includes a raw material tank (15), a hypochlorous acid electrolyzer (17), a source water supplying device (11), a source water electrolyzer (12), an agitator (19), and metering pumps (14,16). Diluted hypochlorous acid is stored in a material tank. The hypochlorous acid electrolyzer generates chlorine gas by electrolyzing the diluted hypochlorous acid. The source water supplying device supplies the source water. The source water electrolyzer produces the source water containing non-dissolved hydroxyl group (OH-). The agitator generates hypochlorous acid water by agitating the chlorine gas and the source water containing the non-dissolved hydroxyl group (OH-) with the increased concentration. The metering pumps changeably control the amount of supplying at least one of the diluted hypochlorous acid and the source water. |
