PURPOSE: A device to control the thickness of extrusion dies for molding polyolefin based foam sheets is provided to easily control the thickness of the foam sheet by controlling a gap of a discharge unit according to the movements of a thickness control member connected to the extrusion dies when a polyolefin based resin material is extruded. CONSTITUTION: A device to control the thickness of extrusion dies for molding polyolefin based foam sheets comprises a raw material supply unit (100), a raw material supply pipe (200), a guide body (300), a cooling unit (400), a cutting unit (500), and a transfer member. The raw material supply unit stores polyolefin based resin materials. The raw material supply pipe melts the materials which are put through the raw material supply unit and the melted raw materials transfer. The guide body injects the air inside a foam sheet (2) in which the raw materials transferred by the raw material supply pipe are extruded and transfers the same in an inflated state. The cooling unit is separated from the outer circumference of the guide body and cools the foam sheet by cool air. The cutting unit cuts a lower part of the foam sheet transferred by being cooled with the cooling unit. The transfer member is installed to a lower part of the cutting unit and transfers the guide body, the cooling unit, and the cutting unit. |
