PURPOSE: A heat pump system for an electric vehicle including a filter is provided to perform high efficiency which is suitable for a low speed electric vehicle and filter foreign substances. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump system for an electric vehicle including a filter comprises a compressor (C), a first valve (10), a first heat exchanger (20), a second heat exchanger (50), an expansion valve (40), and a second valve (60). The compressor is operated by an electric motor. The first valve controls the flow of a refrigerant with a first fluid path and a second fluid path. The first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are installed in the first fluid path and the second fluid path. The expansion valve is installed between the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger. The second valve controls the flow of the refrigerant flowing in the compressor.
