PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cu-Fe-P-based copper alloy sheet having high strength, superior electrical conductivity and superior thermal resistance, and to provide a method for manufacturing the copper alloy sheet at a low cost. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method includes: preparing an ingot by melting a raw material of a copper alloy which has a composition comprising, by mass%, 1.5-3.0% Fe, 0.01-0.2% P, 0.01-0.5% Zn, 0.5% or less Sn and the balance Cu with unavoidable impurities and by casting the melt; heating and holding the ingot; then hot-rolling the ingot at 450-1,000°C so that the reduction ratio in a temperature range of 450-600°C becomes 20% or more; subsequently age-annealing the hot-rolled plate so that the electroconductivity after the age annealing becomes 60-70% IACS; after that, cold-rolling the plate with the reduction ratio of 80% or more; and then annealing the cold-rolled sheet at a low temperature of 150-450°C.
