PURPOSE: A light guide plate and a back light unit including the same are provided to improve the efficiency of production and reduce the cost of production while maintaining the performance of traditional light guide plates in terms of light efficiency and 3D scanning and so on. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate comprises a plurality of lenticular patterns (117) formed on a front surface or a rear surface; and a plurality of light emission patterns (118) for guiding light emitted from a light source to a front surface. The plurality of light emission patterns are integrated with the plurality of lenticular patterns.
