PURPOSE: A sunlight blocking member for a shelter assembly is provided to prevent sunlight from entering the lower part of the shelter and to reduce the stress of abalones. CONSTITUTION: A sunlight blocking member for a shelter assembly comprises shelters (4) and a shelter assembly (10a). The lower part of the sunlight blocking member is fixed to a frame for fixing the upper end of the shelter assembly with an interval from the shelter assembly. The upper part of the sunlight blocking member covers the top of the shelter assembly and blocks sunlight which enters the shelter assembly. The sunlight blocking member includes a long side unit, a blocking plate, a support member, and feeding holes.
