PURPOSE: A cooking container is provided to rapidly cook the food in the center of the container with the food in the edge of the container through a central part of the bottom surface. CONSTITUTION: A cooking container comprises an inner container (14), an outer container (22), and a heat storage plate (28). The heat storage plate is formed in a doughnut shape and a central hole is formed in the center. When the heat storage plate is arranged in an inner space (18) of the heat storage plate. An upward recessed unit (30) of outer bottom surface (20) of the outer container is arranged to be adjacent to the inner bottom surface (12) of the inner container in a part corresponding to the central hole of the heat storage plate. |
