PURPOSE: A remote education providing method using the tele-presence robot, an apparatus thereof, and a system using the same can improve sense of realism, communication, concentration, and performance. CONSTITUTION: A remote education providing system (600) using a tele-presence robot comprises a robot (620), a teacher-side input device (610), and a robot operation remote controller (140). A robot comprises a speaker capable of outputting sound and a display capable of outputting an image. The teacher-side input device performs inputting through a mouse, a joystick, a keyboard, or a touch pad. The robot operation remote controller comprises a vector receiver, an operational value calculator, and a robot operation controller. The vector receiver uses an input by a dragging to receive a calculated vector. The operational value calculator calculates an operational value which is a value of a position, a figure, a displacement, or a rotation angle of each part of the robot by using the received vector. The robot operation controller uses the calculated operational value to control the robot.
