PURPOSE: A catheter device is provided to comprise a flexible wire rotating by driving means in a conduit, and to block the heat generated by the rotating flexible wire, by supplying cooling fluid to the conduit. CONSTITUTION: A catheter device comprises: an outside conduit (10); an inside conduit (20); a balloon; a flexible wire; a free damper; a wire damper for preventing heat and vibration; a lesion removing tool; and a driving unit (60). The outside conduit has a proximal end part, a distal end part, and a first port for supplying expansion fluid to the proximal end part. The vertical axis of the inside conduit is extended in parallel with the vertical axis of the outside conduit through the inside of the outside conduit. The distal end of the inside conduit is extended to be arranged in a position corresponding to the distal end of the outside conduit, or in a position which is passed by the distal end of the outside conduit. The flexible wire is extended through the inside of the inside conduit, and the distal end is extended to be arranged in a position which is passed by the distal end of the inside conduit. The free damper is installed inside of the inside conduit to rotation-support the flexible wire. |
