PURPOSE: A heating mat apparatus is provided to be safe from a danger of fire by an indirect heating method circulating warm water heated by an electric heating line heat exchanging device comprising separately from an electric heating line heating apparatus of an electric heat line heater. CONSTITUTION: A heating mat apparatus comprises: an electric heating line heat exchanging device (30) and a heating mat (20). The electric heating line heat exchanging device comprises: an electric heating line tube (31) in which electric heating lines are built; and a heating tube (21) injected with water. The heating mat is comprised by extending the heating tube and installing the heating tube on the mat. The heating mat is equipped with a pump (15). |
